The Welcome Table is an intimate, elevated experience held in the rustic charm of the SFFT Lodge. Curated for a limited group of guests, this special evening invites you to gather with Allen Stone and fellow festival-goers for a family-style dinner celebrating the spirit—and flavors—of Allen’s Pacific Northwest roots.

Exclusive Welcome Dinner (Friday Evening)
Enjoy a beautifully curated meal cooked by James Beard-nominated chef Chad White of Trail Feast, showcasing locally sourced ingredients and signature flavors from Allen’s home state of Washington.
Intimate Acoustic Performance by Allen Stone
Between courses, Allen will perform stripped-down acoustic versions of fan favorites, sharing the stories behind the songs and the journey of Stone Family Field Trip over the years.
Wine & Craft Cocktails
Sip on a thoughtful selection of wines and hand-crafted cocktails as you take in the magic of this one-of-a-kind gathering.
SFFT Storytelling Experience

Our ticketing platform does not have a platform to exchange/resell tickets. Ticket holders will be responsible for facilitating any transfers. Stone Family Field Trip is not responsible for any third party transactions.
General Information
SFFT is an all ages event
Stone Family Field Trip is an all ages event. Children ages 12 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a pass-holding parent or guardian. VIP access and passes are full price for all ages over 13. The VIP Experience is for VIP ticket holders only.

Wristbands
All passes are cloth wristbands will be shipped to patrons July 23rd.
No Transfers
Passes and wristbands are not transferable to another person once applied to a patron’s wrist.
Ticket Limit
There is a strict 10 ticket limit. Additional orders exceeding the ticket limit may be canceled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other information.
Weather
Stone Family Field Trip is held rain or shine except in circumstances where inclement weather threatens public safety.

Re-sale
The re-sale or attempted re-sale of passes at a price higher than face value is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund.
Right to Refuse
Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the pass/ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venues, local, state or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.
Prohibited Items
All persons entering the venues are subject to search for prohibited items including but not limited to: contraband, unauthorized merchandise, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, professional cameras, professional video equipment, and recording devices.
Risk
Ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Stone Family Field Trip.
